To My Friends
By Laura Traver--

They say that I’m not perfect,
And, yes, I know that’s true.
But there’s one thing that you must know,
Everything I do is for you.
You are the only ones
Who see me through the day,
To talk to me on the phone,
Even if there’s nothing to say.
I’m glad you’re always there for me,
And even if you’re not,
You are the kind of friends that
I am glad your friendship I have caught.

DORMIES REMEMBER G-3

Miss Christy—Home run hitter, competitive, big kid and a really cool buff chick

Miss Tanya—Her little notes, candy, hugs and encouragement

Daphney—talks in her sleep and snores—many facial expressions

Crystal—Swing dancing maniac (especially on logs) very considerate of everyone’s feelings

Sarah—Totally energetic and willing to conquer any challenge. “In a nutshell”

Caroline—The whole dorm loves her goodnight hugs and kisses

Kelsey—Her great artistic ability and her grand-slam

Becky— Her unique smile. She hates Brittany Spears

Chelsea—Very unique and loves Star Wars

Tarah—“Hyper girl” and “Superstar” and the toilet paper on the fan

Jaimee—Boy-crazy, awesome smile and psycho

Bridgette—Mean monkey call, the fight about whether she looks like Sandra Bullock or Natalie Portman

Rebecca—She’s always there in the background if you need her

Laura—Overcoming the ropes course and her Camp McKenzie sa-lute

Mandy—Shakes hands and says, “Hi, I’m Mandy!” to everyone

Amber—Her ripped jeans and Mr. Fenchel’s promise.  She likes 1800’s clothing

Latacia—Cute, good at basketball.  She makes her own clothes ‘cause she’s cheap

Counselors’ Corner

From the moment we laid down the law, G-3 has pulled out all the stops to give nothing but their best to reach our high expectations.

Chills would run down your spine if you could hear the words from their hearts as they gave unselfishly of themselves in both speech and actions.

I would not disappoint them by saying they are the best group of girls I have ever worked with.  However, I have high expectations and can honestly say that no matter what I threw at the girls, they gave all they had to step out of their zone and into “the zone”.

N next year will be here soon
Z zabba zoo, zabba zoo
