Approximately one-third of humanity claims to believe in and follow Jesus Christ, the founder of Christianity. Even many Jews and Moslems believe He was a prophet. But how many know WHO Jesus Christ really IS, What He DID and what His MESSAGE is for us today?
Many non-Christians claim that Jesus Christ is just a myth or fable and that His existence cannot be proven because, they claim, there are no historic records of His existence other than the Bible. Also they cite the many non-biblical myths and legends such as Christmas, Santa Clause, Easter with its Easter eggs and bunnies, etc. as examples of the fables of "Christianity" and Jesus Christ. Are these legitament arguments?
On the other hand, Christians know the truth that Santa Claus is really just a myth, yet many take great joy in perpetuating this myth to their children. But what about Jesus Christ, do we know the truth, or are we just following a myth? Maybe it would be good to consider the story about the 6 year old who, when he discovered that Santa Claus was just a fake, somewhat dejected, said to his little friend, "I'm going to look into this Jesus Christ business too."
What do you know about Jesus Christ? What do you believe? Can you prove His existence from secular history as well as the Bible?
This world desperately needs a Savior to step in and bring peace to our war ravaged planet. Each of us needs a Savior to deliver us from the mess we make of our lives and from fears, sickness, suffering, hopelessness and death.
Is Jesus Christ that Savior?
Do you really know who He is? Was He just a myth or is He real?
Is Jesus Christ the Real Messiah? Is He God?
Do you know what the purpose of His mission was here on this earth?
Do you understand the message (good news) He delivered?
Why did God allow Him to be crucified?
Who are His true disciples and how can you be one of them?
What is He doing now?
And when will He return?
The Bible reveals the answers to all these questions - and much more!
Christians are told to,
"grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (2 Pet 3:18).But for many, Jesus Christ is a mystery or a myth. Did you know the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, is a biography of Jesus Christ? What does the Bible say about Him?
"For even hereunto were you called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps: who committed no sin, neither was guile found in His mouth..." (1 Pet 2:21-22).
